no power bad fuel economy on 87 wago.

So I just recently had a cranking no start on my 87 rt4wd.
Further diagnosis led to bad ignition module, replaced it and the wagon runs.
But the tachometer is off by 1000+ rpms and I have a huge lack of power.

Any thoughts, or similar experiences?

The mechanical timing is fine.
Don't have a timing light, but I'll have to check it.
