AC questions

hey andrew, sorry to hack this thread out of the topic. is that an aircon line on the right side of the picture? the one with the rubber thingy? lol. the one that goes from the back of the headlight to the firewall, between the rocker cover and p/s reservoir? the reason why im asking this is because my aircon line is blocking the front strut bar so i cant fit my strut bar in

Nope thats the power steering, I removed AC when I did the swap as it never worked anyway.

The AC lines are very soft aluminum tubing so you can gently bend them if its only slightly in the way. I had that brace on there when I have AC though, there are pics in my build thread

thank you andrew! do i need to heat it up so i can safely bend it?

You can bend it by hand easily though I would advise against bending it too far. Dont want to kink it.
To avoid kinking it bend it around a screw driver handle or bend a little bit at a time then move along and bend in sections until you have the desired bend.
