Ac compressor is not engaging

As the title says, belt is tight, has freon in it but the compressor won't engage. Also the light behind the ac button doesn't work but I assume that's just a bulb. Any thoughts guys? Thanks

    check the fuse? It's in the box on the right shock tower.

    Yeah, I checked them all with my meter to make sure, the 2nd fan isn't working either. The ac button takes multiple pushes to make it stay down, I'm going to pop the button out and see if it's making a connection.
