A/C help (foglight question also)

I am trying to see if my a/c works or not since when I bought it there was no belt on it. The guy I bought it from said that a couple of summers ago he had it charged and it worked for about 2-3 months and then he disconnected it. So, I put on a belt because the compressor is good and everything is hooked up, so I wanted to see if it worked. One of the wires coming from the compressor is just hanging and I don't know where it goes, can someone tell me where it connects? Here are some pictures of the wire I am talking about.

I also was wondering about these fogs, they definately aren't stock because my bumper has holes cut out for them. How can I find out where to get a replacement or more info about them, they look like they're from an auto parts store but not exactly.

This is the bracket that they mount to and the crappy holes that were cut out for them.

AC: that's the hot wire to the clutch coil. There should be a corresponding red wire and connector on the harness attached to the condenser fan shroud.

fog lights look like prelude lights to me.
  • I'll definitely check about the prelude lights. I need to replace the bulb somehow, but when I had them off I couldn't seem to get the bulb out to change it, and I didn't want to break the light housing or wiring either so I put it back the way it was. I figured I could find more info on them and then go back and change the bulb. I'm going to hit up the local pick n pull this weekend to try to find some parts, maybe some fogs will turn up.

Thanks for your help bam-bam and rbwdriven!
