Extended shifter needed for 91 rt4wd

I've searched and even wrote a few people who have them, but I have not heard back from them as of yet. I need to know if I can buy a angled and extened shifter or do I have to make my own.
If I have to make my own, does anyone have one they'd like to sell? It's going to be for a center console Im going to start working on but this shifter is a vital piece. Thanks.

I don't believe I've ever seen such a piece. Just add on to the stock one as you like.

If you're just using the extension, it should work the same...

Back in the day I had a Ford Fastiva that I used for delivery pizzas.

One day, my brother and I got the idea to rice it out. Baaaad! Duck tape stripes, literally used a Folgers can on the exhaust, etc.

Then I stole a Henry Weinhartds tap from work.... and it installed PERFECTLY. SO awesome! Seriously, it was epic. People in cars next to me would notice.... laugh, and give the thumbs up.

Couldn't you just buy the Circuit Hero brand shift extender and bend it into the "S" shape you wanted to?

About half to three quarters down the page.

Dude!! Perfect! Will order one Saturday. Thanks!!
  • i used a skunk 2 dual bend and cut and shaved it down and hen used a metal rod to extend it out . but i have since learned not the best idea. so took my stock steel shifter and extended the lower "connects to the linkage"and extended it to that of the skunk 2 and then tigged it back and the top end to where my hand sits slightly higher than my steering wheel

Threaded tube, plus another shifter wound in on top? :D Have grinded the top T piece off so I'm grabbing onto the ball of it. Then friends giving me his stubby short shifter which should lower it down and make the throw not so epic too.

Holy Crap! Now that is a Tall Shifter! Almost looks like you can keep you hands on the wheel & shift..

Pic of it with the T handle shaved off..
