What are some things that may cause my rt to run rich!?

    Put a new one in and see if it's better. Don't forget to reset the ECU.

    Disconnect the battery for 10 seconds. Reconnect it.

    or, just pull out the ECU fuse in the engine bax fuse box for ~10 seconds. (its easier, and you wont reset your clock and radio stations).
