Adjusting the "toe" on headlights?

I got my projectors, the up and down is good but the "toe" is all out of whack.

I've been trying to figure out how to adjust it, and It's wierd. I tried turning the little gear but the lights don't move.

There's a toe adj. on the back side behind the lo-beam.Looks like a small rectangular chute.You use a phillips(+) screwdriver.Oh.Looks like u found it.Try pushing the headlite on the front alternating left to right.This may loosen up the headlite.Ask Akiraboy.He got the same lite.

They are about like stock lights. The only complaint I have is that the pencil beams shoot where you point them, not like a normal headlights that kinda flood around.. But once you turn the brights on, it's like normal, so no big deal..

They are plastic, but seem to be good plastic.
