Short or Wiring problem

hello my fellow HCW owners. im reachin out for some help or advice on a problem im havin in my 90 rt4wd wagon. so i bought the car with no radio tryed puttin one and got nuthin out of it. after i took it out my cars been acting funny, when u turn the interior light on the clock shuts off and the car idles different and also when i shut the car off theres a wierd vibrating noise coming from wat i believe is behind the dash. has anyone had these problems before if yes then howd you go about fixin it? and types of advice would be really helpful guys.     there are 2 grounds I believe underneath the dash held on by 10mm bolts. Make sure both of these are connected.
