driving stlye is normal i dont raise hell and the 200 to the tank is highway millage at 65mph and no fuel leaks
  • Check your spark plugs, anytime I start getting bad mileage it's usally the plugs that are done.
  • Ive been getting about 200/tank as well and I know it hasnt been done in awhile so i will be doing a valve adjustment this weekend, that may or may not be your issue as well?

You should check your mileage, by actually dividing the miles you drove by the number of gallons you put in. That number would be a greater help. It's really hard to tell just by miles per tank. I get about 200 miles per tank, and that's 37 mpg.

i get 360 miles per tank with my D16Y7 fill up about 10.5 gallons.

Damm, i got a d15y3 and i also get 200miles on a 10 gallon fill! that would mean 20mpg which sucks. I jus sold my s2000 and i had a I/H/E set up and got 25-27mpg city.

I had a D16Y7 in 2 different cars, 5 speed and converted to OBD-1. Both vehicles got 40mpg highway, 30's in city on a custom tune. 'Y7's have oddball timing requirements and fueling isn't the best either if you're using a PM5(DPFI ECU). Even if you're using the Si(PM6) or other OBD-0 MPFI ECU it's still not ideal. I'd suggest converting to MPFI and running either an obd-0 or ideally an obd-1 ecu with a decent tune. I have the OBD-1 tune I used on the aforementioned cars if you need it.
