Bumping this as I'm experiencing some sag in my rear wiper arm. It seems that it's liking to park a bit lower than it should by about two inches or so.

Lol, not gonna remove my wiper. I like it and it actually helps when it rains here as it's either downpours or desert conditions.
Splines? (Has no idea what you're talking about) I'm completely new to cars so I need layman's style help.

the shaft on the wiper motor has teeth in it. the cone on the wiper arm has the same, and when u tighten them, they mesh, and you cant move the wiper without moving the motor...
so remove the wiper arm, re-position it or clock it how ever u want it to sit, and torque it back down.

Ah, got it!
Thanks for the help guys, I'll see about popping my tailgate trim off and adjusting it soon.
EDIT!: I should be able to access it by popping off the interior cargo area tailgate trim, right?
Ok, so I ran outside, popped the cover and moved my wiper arm up a bit. Problem solved, sorta.
Apparently the motor itself has about an inch of play in the rotation when it stops so I basically set it to stop an inch high and the arm now slides down to park in the correct position. Is this how it's supposed to be on these old rear wipers, or is it just something I should roll with and not think about?

The wagon arms are specific to the wagon I think.
i want a rear wiper arm too...

No CR-V is way shorter and GS-R is way longer.
An EK one might work . I need to measure.
