Hello everyone! from Southern Cali

My name is Tom from California and I just bought a wagon last month, white, two wheel drive (don't really need the 4wd here) in pretty good condition, might need some body work(and will get to it in the future)but interior is very clean! drives excellent. Just wanted to introduce myself and say hello to everyone I'll be doing some mods to it in the future and I'll definitely need some help from you wagon experts!

Thanks, I will try to post it. I know it's not a very clean exterior but I really wanted one and decided to get it right away. It has some rust but I thought the interior was clean enough so I got it anyway. I know that living here in California, I should have looked for one without rust. But everytime something was for sale it would only be posted for a short period of time. I am not kidding about what I am going to tell you. When I was searching for a wagon I found one on the San Diego craigslist. When I called the seller, he told me the car was sold. He said that it sold 10 minutes after he had post it on craislist. So when I found this one I just told the guy I wanted it before I went to look at it in person. I had to drive 6 hours to pick it up. I forgot to mention that since I got it I got new shocks and coilovers and replaced radiator, master cylinder, and a new distributor and new drilled and slotted front disc brakes. And yep, sold the ls mesh wheels. Now it sits on steelies. However, thinking of getting new wheels soon (still looking though).

Thanks,the clean interior was what got me and yes the roof rack too. But other than that I think I have a long way to go to make it look clean. Just debating whether to keep looking for another buy it then sell this one or just start working on this one right away. As for now it drives really good. I love the AC, is a must have in southern California(well at least for me) May be I should get you guys opinion on it. I got some parts collected already, like fender mirror which came today, back up mirrors too which arrived last week. I am not putting it on yet, because I don't know what my decision is yet. I might have forgotten to mention that this car has a salvage title. It had a front end hit. The body looks straight and drives very straight. But I don't know if I want to put all that money into this one :?:

I know how it is out there. Triple digit temps for three months. My opinion is to keep it but that's just me

Wuzup Jay Jay! Likewise, especially the red pinstripe Awsome! I sold the LS Meshies. But I just bouhgt some rt steelies from a member here but still have not received them yet. It has been already two weeks. I hope they'll arrive tomorrow.
It was nice to meet you and your friends (sorry I am very bad at remembering peoples names), let me know if u and your other wagon buddies decide to meet. just might be able to attend.

i know its gana look amazing! because you body and interior is gorgeous! well there is a meet every tuesday at the in n out on fransisquito and vineland!! im going tonight just to hang out and show off the wagon!! it was very niice meeting you too!! that was my boyfriend who was driving... we were shocked to see another wagon pull upto chris's. I also thought that was really cool how you came over and said hello! I rarely see wagons around but ive seen a couple in west covina by queen of the valley! Hopefully you can attend tonight.. my friend also has a wagon. he was going to go to the meet tonight but something came up It would be nice if you can attend

Sorry guys, Tuesdays is close to impossible for me to attend anything. Work! Work! Work! I bearly just got home about an hour ago and is ten past midnight already. I hope you guys had fun! Maybe another day, after work and if my wife and kids don't need me hahaha.....but I might be able to do occasionally, Thursday Nights. About the RT steelies won't be on the car anytime soon cuz just like my rusty car I bought these RT steelies RUSTY! and they would need to be sent to be redone first (sand blasted and powder coated)if they ever get here!

On the doors, wheel well area, trunk door under the glass area and other spots here and there. When I get a chance I will take some pics of the infected spots. I am sure yours isn't bad

Hello Everyone!
I too am from Southern California. Currently I own a 1989 Civic Wagon (which I love.) It is just so versatile. I have full Coil-Over suspension, and a really nice set of lightweight racing wheels on it. The previous owner kept it super clean! Personally I was impressed, and very pleased with the purchase cause it looks like new. It kinda reminds me of the Bisimoto "War Wagon" Except its not as cool haha. Speaking of which, I am also employed at Bisimoto Engineering, and I'm loving it!!!
