Sick 88 Wagon (s2000 seats)

Well I got the Car a couple days ago, its pretty straight, buffed it out with Dri-Wash-N-Guard and it made the white pop, it had a nasty film residue. ive begun Removing moldings and bumpers and mud flaps and side skirts. I have all pieces already painted just waiting for them to cure id say 48 hours just to be safe. I will post pics of when its all assembled and put back together. Pondering whether i want to go LS and keep it OBD0 and get it state reffed which i did with my 91 Hatch or go d16z6 OBD1. we will see when the half off days come at the junkyards.

i have a shot of the passenger side of the moldings completely painted and assembled more pics will do justice when the whole car is complete. More To come

It's actually a 4th gen wagon. Welcome to the site.
  • i finally got the moldings and bumpers on and everything is to my liking. pretty simple improvement goes along way. now im anxious to lower the damn thing but im waiting till i get new struts. Im leaning towards skunk2 sport shocks seeing how i have them on my ED6 but im curious about tokico illuminas or kyb agx. any thoughts would help. heres a few pics of my last build.

  • Yo guys its been awhile but i finally got some stuff to update my build thread. First off i put on a nice 2 1/4 exhuast from the cat back with a very nice and deep tone muffler. I wanted to keep that slanted muffler look but didnt want to go with a big rocket canister that would sound dumb and loud so i found a funky lil thin one on ebay and suprisingly it is everything that i was thinking of!!! Nice deep tone but not loud at all and not a very typical muffler you would see either!!! I also scooped up a set of full omni power coilovers for a 96-2000 civic that i used in conjuncton with 92-95 civic front forks. Everything bolted up and was really and easy installation. There damper adjustable too. Well thats all for now ill keep updating as i go stay tuned!!

Yikes good thing I know people haha it's crazy not like any paint in a can! I'll take pictures ofthe actual spray can it comes in to show you what I'm talking about!

Alright here we go managed to snap a couple photos of the magical pain in a can. first you push a pin on the bottom of the can to release the poly then you wait 30 mins before use. then vwallla magic.

I used 92-95 forks because the omni power dampers are from a 96-2000 civic. stock ef front forks have a small diameter and therefore wont allow the damper to fit inside. :) this is the same if i were to have used 92-95 or 94-2000 integra suspension.

BEEN WORKING LATELY BUT I MANAGED TO PICK UP A COMPLETE DOHC ZC WITH 95 EX TRANNY OBD1 GSR DIZZY AND PM5 0BD1 ECU. ALTHOUGH IT WAS COMPLETE AND HAD EVERYTHING IT DIDNT HAVE THE RIGHT COMPONENTS AS FAR AS THE CORRECT DIZZY AND ECU FOR A WHOPPING 100$

    465.jpg

I SPLIT HER IN TWO SEEING HOW IM NOT GOING HYDRO CONVERSION AND IM JUST GOING TO KEEP MY OLD DX TRANS I DECIDED I MIGHT AS WELL TEAR HER DOWN AND REPLACE SOME VITAL COMPONENTS.

    HIGH COMP PISTONS
