1988 Civic Wagon Found Me

just recently Bought a 88 civic Wagon from craigslist.i actually posted a WTB add and someone called me two days later. bought the car for 1200. it came from a guy who originally purchased the car in 1988 from the honda dealer in Gardena California and he just recently donated the wagon to father joe villages in december 2010, father joe then auctioned the car off. i so happened to buy it from the guy who got it from the auction. car has service records from the original owner dating from 1988. last odo entry is at 185k the car is at now 243k the car is clean interior is like new no tears or anything will post up pics and start my build thread tomorrow. im not new to hondas or this site but i am glad i finally have a wag of my own.

There was another amazingly clean white wagon from a church/auction site, but it had like 34K on it, not 243. Amazing records...they are like a time capsule.

That was my old wagon man, its now in the hands of an elderly couple in Nebraska, waiting for me to buy back when they're done with it... it only had 31K BTW

haha saw this in person while I'm on my way home today! very clean wagon, as in no dents or dings and interior is solid! Never followed another car but this time I had to coz it's very rare to find wagon owners here in San Diego(became a stalker of a wagon kinda ). Nice talking to you bro. I envy your wagon a lot!
