Difference in Hatch/Wagon Clutch

Is the only difference between clutches for the 4WD Wagon and FWD Hatch the throw out bearing? Would any clutch for a 90-91 Civic work as long as it's 212mm and I use a Wagon throw out bearing? Thanks guys.
