As of today, a love-seat nested inside a sofa, with the seat-back cushions protecting the paint. Drover over 100 miles down the interstate at 70mph like this.

Two big plastic bins weighing about 50lbs each. When I moved to Idaho it had to be one trip and these wouldn't fit inside my wagon.
It was an awesome trip.

My CRX didn't have much paint left so I never cared about that...
Carried the Laser on top with two of us and a ton of gear inside the car. Got it tied down solid, never budged. Car drove like it wasn't even there.
They don't care unless it falls off. I had it on the roof for a month straight when I was using it to work on my sailboat more often. Got a lot of laughs
Oh, and the bumper was already like that. If anything the rope was helping to hold it on.
I knew someones mother would make it into this thread. Just glad it's not me who had to drag her in here!
