    About 2 days (couple hours at a time.)

    Would have to paint the bricks to get one in red - LDD won't let me use brick they won't sell, black was the only color available for some of the parts I needed.

    LDD price for the thing is $242.28, can special order it from lego.com in the Design By Me section.

    i have a huge tub of legos still but i dont have time to even work on my real wagon much less a lego version.

    Yeah if you get it from lego.com they'll send a building guide with it. the program (Lego Digital Designer) has a step-by-step build mode as well if you download the file from there.
