Bad tranny need help on rebuilding

bought my first RT AWD my problem is it pops out of third gear and fourth is gone my question is can I use parts from a CR-X Si tranny to fix it not a noobie to hondas just a noob to honda AWD if it cant be repaired its going to get converted to FWD

    The bearings and gears in the RT4WD transmission are different dimensions than the CRX. I need to do more comparisons to find out if the RT gears are the same specs as the B series gears, or if the ones from the 86-89 Integra might work.

    Have you checked your oil level in the tranny yet? If it's really low, you could be faced with those type symptoms. Not saying there's no damage, but it might work a bit better for a while if you top up the oil (if it's low).

    You should change the oil anyway.Honda recommends every 30,000 miles.Read the oil section at this link for more info:

    Open it up and get some pictures.. Im pretty sure it has its own specs and would need it own parts
