S3 Blinks

just changed my trans out and now i have the S3 blinking @ me???? Before i take this to a professional, any help? thanx.

    I believe that is your TCU trying to tell you it has stored codes.

    fixed it!!!! i seriously need to stop freaking out! but any who, yes it was the TCU blinking 9X and signaling that the A/T Speed Pulser is stressed, over worked, and under paid (relate?). sooooooo addressed the problem and the plug was not making contact. i had to make some small electrical fabrication, since the M plug was no longer :evil: (freakin plastic) :evil: . ran up to the highway, got on it and shifts GRRRRRRREAT! :D :D no blink blink and shifts in all options. i can wait to get some pics together of the ride and my lil journey, since i am FNG here. Thank you for the response though.
