CRX & Civic OEM Armrest Comparison (pics)

The main differences between the 88-91 civic and crx armrests was the base design, as you will see in pics.
The civic armrest also came with a rear ashtray.

If Im not mistaken, these were only available for US & Canada as well as Japanese markets.
It is very rare to find these in brand new condition at this point.
These 88-91 civic/crx armrest colors came in: off black, palmy grey, fair blue, urban brown, urban red.

    Nice. Thanks for the tip. I always noticed that about these armrests.

    Is there any difference between the Civic Mask kits?
    I'd like to compare the differences between USDM, JDM and Canadian. I have 3 of them new in the box and are also very rare to find in brand new condition at this point. :wink:

    Part numbers are useless. These have been dicontinued for 15+ years.LoL
    Any ef armrest may work on a wagon...

    I just traded my Black CRX armrest for Blue Civic armrest! Wondered why the base was different.. My CRX already has an armrest anyways.. My Hatch needed one. Thanks for the lesson Robb.. Prices about the same?

    You mean CIVIC WAGON ARM REST Console? I can only speak of the '88-'89 arm rest pertaining to Wagon. It only fits '88-'89 because of the non-seat belt issue, meaning 90-91 have the seat belt bulky retractor meaning it will interfere with the arm rest placement. Here is a pic of my Brand New Wagon Arm Rest. Unfortunately, i got rid of it.

    Part Numbers are not Useless, I was able to find mines 2 weeks ago. yes... March 2012.
