Not dumb at all i like the idea that you think the wagon is worthwhile (because it is).

    Good onya mate.
  • Wow. There's rust on the jack point.

You've got a job ahead of you, sir. And major respect for taking on a project like this.

It's gonna look fantastic when it's finished!

all those pictures we took at the wagon meet where strategically taken to not show any of my rust. the front half of the car was nice and shiny, but from the doors back, was another story entirely.

this is the cars 3rd, and final life. It started out white, then someone painted it blue, now i am bringing it back to original white.

write up in a few weeks, i'm moving across the country and don't have time to do it justice right now. yes, it is badass.

we rolled the paint on with Tremclad (Rustoleum in the USA). 400 grit sand, 600 grit wet sand, buff & polish with polisher. note the refinished accord wheels.
  • Looks good man! I rolled on my paint job as well. Did you ever get my PM about those door handles?

Concerning your move, I'm sad to see you go... it means I'll be the only Wagon Forum member left in the province. I promise to keep the torch burning bright !!

Gee, that's what I couldn't put my finger on...

I knew something was different, apart from the color and the lack of rust, that is.

The painted bumpers give it a completely different look.

Hey Quarters, care to give us a DIY of how you painted the bumpers?

P.S. I currently have this wagon on my desktop and my colleagues who see it think it is entirely too sweet...
