Passenger seat fabric on the drivers seat?

so i got the usual tear on my drivers seat. has anyone tried to take the fabric cover off the passenger seat and put it on the drivers seat? also is the fabric glued to the foam?

    Nope, Not glued on. I patched mine. You can remove the covers but it is very time consuming - worth it though if you want it done right. Check out the pics in my build thread. Unsure about swapping sides on the seats.

    i used/replaced the entire rear seatback/frame and foam from the passenger side and put it on my driver side.

    what about how the rails etc mount on the pan?
    did you swap pans too? more details please lol

    I just put a passenger seatback skin on a drivers side today and it works, but they are slightly different so you may notice if you're really anal like me, but it's unlikely ill find a good blue drivers skin so I gotta deal with it, will try post pics when I get home
