Questions

Ok guys, I have a couple of questions.

1. The throw out bearing is making a decent amount of noise. Sounds like it needs replacing soon, until I have the funds would it be better to be stopped with the clutch engaged or disengaged? If engaged could it potentially damage something more major?

2. Does the wagon have a primary and secondary fuel filter like my other Hondas? They are probably right in front of me but I'm just failing, and can't find them.

3. All of the light's on the back and the 2 front marker lights flash on and off sometimes, or just turn off until I hit the high beams or hazard lights, what could this be? All fuses are good to go but i doubted it would be that.

The car is a 1990 2wd d15b2 l3? tranny.

  • 1. the only time the throw out is touching the PP is when the pedal is pushed down
    2. it has the sock filter in the tank for the pickup and the firewall mounted on on the passenger side
    3. sometimes when a hazard switch is going out it can cause havoc in the turn signals and marker lights
also check grounds and connections in your light harness in the front and rear of vehicle for corrosion

Throw out brg:The less you press on the clutch pdl the better.Make sure the clutch is adjusted properly.Misadjusted clutch can cause the TO brg to go.If the TO brg goes maybe nothing happens to making a mess of the Flywhl, clutch & disc.

 :!: Just save up enough to change the following minimum Pilot brg,TO brg(of course) and maybe clutch disc (depending on wear).
