Advice needed on a 1990 Honda Civic

I am new to this forum, I have a 1990 Honda Civic that has been broke down for a while now. It has had a new fuel pump put in it, new igniter, and fuel filter; it has the on-board computer that is flashing 16...when I checked this meant that the fuel injectors were bad, hence the throttle body which has both injectors..... I love this car, it gets great gas mileage when it runs, but I have sunk so much money into it, and I really need to figure it out or I have to just get rid of it....So I am here asking for advice, anybody have any ideas?     I wasn't specific earlier, I put a used throttle body on the car, today. It still isn't working and still flashes the 16 flashes...

    Check your wiring harness going to your injectors

    you can start by checking for power red /black wire on injectors with key on also check wire going to ecu A1 brown and A3 red on ecu but i was throwing code 16 with a bad fuel regulator once but car was runing any more details as when it all began hapining or what it did
