Advice needed on a 1990 Honda Civic

I am new to this forum, I have a 1990 Honda Civic that has been broke down for a while now. It has had a new fuel pump put in it, new igniter, and fuel filter; it has the on-board computer that is flashing 16...when I checked this meant that the fuel injectors were bad, hence the throttle body which has both injectors..... I love this car, it gets great gas mileage when it runs, but I have sunk so much money into it, and I really need to figure it out or I have to just get rid of it....So I am here asking for advice, anybody have any ideas? Thank You in advance, Dana

I wasn't specific earlier, I put a used throttle body on the car, today. It still isn't working and still flashes the 16 flashes...
  • Check your wiring harness going to your injectors
  • you can start by checking for power red /black wire on injectors with key on also check wire going to ecu A1 brown and A3 red on ecu but i was throwing code 16 with a bad fuel regulator once but car was runing any more details as when it all began hapining or what it did
