What year CRV spoiler will fit on our Wagons?!!

Hey guys....

Just out of curiosity...what year CRV spoiler will fit onto our wagons? Ive seen this mod done and I like it a lot. I was just wondering for futre reference....I know they have 2 different kinds.....

    i did a bit of research for ya :D it was the older model CR-V ('97-'01) i couldnt find pics of the person who did the DIY thread, but there was one that had the metal along with the body color, like in the middle, that was the '01.

    not sure if that helped any, but i might as well reply back to you

    The reason you may not find it at the old board and why some of the old links may not work is because it was attacked by some hacker & they never did backups.

    Yeah, this is what you guys are referring to. Its a 97-01 crv rear spoiler.
    I believe they said it had to be trimmed.

    These NJ guys are the sick, no question. I wish they'd come back :(

    What's up guys. First off. Thanks for all the compliments. My cousin (NJCIVICWAGON2) and I have been checking all the new forums and finally thought that this one finally felt like home. Its user friendly, no fees, no ads or pop ups, and is run by no other Akiraboy. Both our wagons are being worked on. We are concentrating on the power under the hood right now. We are happy to be back.

    To answer the original question: What CRV wing to use?
    Like Akiraboy said. Its a 97-01 crv rear spoiler.

    It took some modification. We had to fill the ends where they attach to the hatch with some fiberglass. Shape it to fit and a touch of bondo to smooth it out in the end then prime and paint.

    What about the Pilot wing. It looks pretty dam close to the wagon hatch. Maybe wider, but looks cool.

    I think I might know a better and easier way to have this wing mounted than NJ's. I'll keep you guys posted once Im done with my research! :wink:
