Only rear wheels getting power?

Ok so i was messing around in the dirt and it seems like only the rear wheels are getting power since they are the only ones that will spin

as far as i know nothing has been done to this trans to make it rwd or anything.

Just curious as to why it would be doing that and what not, and how to test to see if the fronts are getting power.

noob question probably. but figured i'd ask anyways.

  • First thing I'd try is disengaging the rear wheel drive and see what happens. Could be a false alarm.

people have been using 90-93 integra axles intead of trying to hunt down actual RT axles.
  • I had this same problem a few years back. One of my front axles had popped out of the trans...just enough that it was still in there just getting no power from the engine....the viscous coupler thought the front tires were spinning and sent all the power to the rear.
