Band Wagon
This is my poor little 88 rt4wd, started giving her a little loving.
almost bone stock, only thing done where 90-94 accord coupe seats.
the quaters are the worst, theres only minor rust on the underside, eventually strip/recoat all my suspension components
I'm not very good with words, so i'll let the pictures do most of the talking.
when i first got her:
first mod, 15" rota (subzeros, i think)
i don't have pics of my audio stuff yet, running a clarion deck,7 band eq, and 2ch amp, type-r 2 ways in my doors, 10 type-r off a sound storm monoblock. 2ch is under drivers seat, and sub amp i under passenger's. soon to have the sub built into the spare tire well
i left my camera on the roof of my car one morning, so i don't have my "in progess" of the hood
. luckily my friend took a few with his phone. did some rust/damage repair on the hood at the time

need to take one of it started mudded/spot primed still.
what's going in the hole :twisted: :
still putting the kit together, probably going with a t3/t4 or a cummins holset.
slowly getting new parts, patch panels, etc.
more than likely going white, with a little carbon-fiber, and redoing the interior black and gray
hopefully prgress won't be too slow, but will be dependant on finances because i may end up buying a house in the near future

my friend/co-worker is slightly retarded
the hood is basically done, the plan so far is carbon-fiber wrap, but that will have to wait until i buy a battery and wire for relocation to the spare tire well.
Reminds me of what a 80's Mazda 3 speed would look like =P
progress is a little slow now, due to my working a full-time and a part-time job to try to get some bills paid off. (the only reason i'm able to turbo it right now is trade work)
next will be battery relocation, then fabbing intercooler piping and brackets/rest of turbo kit. after that i will hopefully be building a motor for my 72 bus so i can start on a full rebuild of the wagon
i haven't had much time to get online for a few months, still have to pick up a couple parts for the turbo. biggest thing right now is new wheels.
i've been trying to get these off a friend for awhile, he got tired of me rolling 2 rotas and 2 steelies, so i got them a little early 8) next up (after an axle

plans have changed a little, decided to stick with the blue, i really like how it looks with gold wheels, and i am in the process of getting a pair of blue s2k seats. more than likely getting air struts, (the roads suck around here) so i can drive it around stock height and dump it when i'm parked.
finally got a few minutes to post a few more [crappy cell] pics;
91 prelude si wheel eventually getting a crusie delete plate, just not high the priority list right now
side with hood and wheels
old exhaust, crx 2.5" with ebay fart can
new muffler, flowmaster 40 series. sounds much better
quick and dirty debadge and new muffler installed
i pulled my rear bumper to see how bad my quarters are, drivers side is only marginally better
forgot to take one of the rear apron, but it's rusted most of the way around the frame rails.
i still need to pull my fenders to see about rust on the front end, but i'm not hopeful with the rust that's already formed in my windshield frame and my rusted out hood hinge.
this is what worried me the most:
i have a temporary brace until i get a new cross member, or i may part the car out. i have a lead on a couple more cars, so i'm waiting to decide until i check them out
