I was wondering if there was anyone out there that ran into this problem? The tension bolt(I think that's what it's called) will not tighten the timing belt. Could this be easily replaced? What do I have to do to get this fixed? Any help out there is greatly appreciated.

    Did you follow the procedures to properly tighten the timing belt?? Such as put #1 cylinder on TDC. Lock the balancing shaft?? I ran into this problem as well, you may have striped threads on the 10mm bolt that tightens the timing belt tensioner. That is an easy fix, if you can access it easily, by you using a tap and die set.
