Tachometer bouncing after 3k rpms

My tachometer is bouncing from 3k to 4k as soon as i hit 3k.
Broken speed sensor perhaps? I don't know whats going on.

    The pick-ups in your distributor are going bad, time to rebuild it with new pick ups if you know how, or buy a new one :/

    Ive never seen an ignitor cause that kind of a problem, the usually either work or they dont, i did have a coil cause the same problem one time though, it was like 2 step jawlzz

    I installed a brand new dizzy today. the car runs awesome now! i fell like i gained 10hp... and no more rev bounce.
