sorry about that GIANT picture
  • Use a very fine bladed screwdriver and gently pry the H logo out.
Go to a local junkyard and practice if it makes you nervous.
You might find the more sporty CRX/Civic 3 spoke wheel while you're there. I really like the 90-91 Civic EX 4 spoke though.
If you can't find a 3 or 4 spoke wheel locally, I've got a decent 3 spoker you can have for $15 plus shipping.

basically of those parts would be needed i believe if i was to go three-spoke. (which in my opinion looks cooler. and you're right, the four spoke would be awesome)

  • do you guys think a DA steering wheel will work? I always liked those ones. Also your wagon doesn't have a tach? what year is it?
  • SiWagonSiWagon Council Member
I beleive the WagoVans don't come with Tachs. :?
  • wagodizzlewagodizzle Council Member and EDM expert
ha ha ha..oops. this isn't a wagon. it's an '89 hatchback...standard model. so it doesn't have a tach..but i was wondering, is it possible to put in a gauge cluster with a tach, like from an Si?? are these cars pre-wired for a tach?
  • SiWagonSiWagon Council Member
    I pretty sure it's plug n play. :?

Not saying definately but you could try a cluster from the same year of civic... i think the harness was diff from 88-89 and 90-91
  • wagodizzlewagodizzle Council Member and EDM expert
it was differnt. more square..etc. i guess i'll just buy a gauge cluster with a tach and see if it is possible to hook it up.

when you say "wagovans" are you speaking of the specific model? or all wagons? cause the 5psd come with tachs.

I stand corrected  .The WagoVans did all come with Tachs so you could see the RPM drop ,when u shift into OD.

 There were basically 3 models:Base=WagoVan,Mid=DX And top=4WD.WagoVan may have been dropped in'90+.
