Fwd auto to manuel swap help

hay guys i'm a new member and i need help swaping my wagon to manual i got everything to do it i got a 91 civic wagon gray with a d15b1 5 SPEED but body was rusted to shit but good engine and tranny and then found a 1990 white civic wagon AUTO with no rust at all for 460 in good shape also now im gonna use my gray civic for parts im just wondering if the d15b1 tranny bolt up to the d15b2 motor and it should be easy right? and what parts do i need to take out to make this posiable plzzz.... i need help plzzz reply back

    they will bolt up. as for parts the big parts yer gunna need are the tranny, shift linkage, axles, clutch cable, pedal assembly, and 5 speed ECU.
