hood hinges

Im getting a Civic wagon tmw. and one of the maor issues is that the hinges for the hood are rusted and broken. I can remove the mounts but what can i use to replace them with? do I have to find parts from another civic wagon? or will some other car work? like a later model integ or something?

    yea. you do.
    i already tried it with a sedan one i got from the yard..and it didn't work cuz there was a very slight difference so the hood wouldn't close properly.

    Also the hood release is a little stuck. I will need to take a look tmw. but anyideas as to what it could be?

    its kinda like a light grey but I hear that Integra head rest work too.

    I might try to get some integra cloth seats and use my front head rests for the rear.

    Your Stuck hood release may be caused by the bad hinge.
