Seat swap help

So, I picked up a set of ef civic si seats and am in the process of swapping my seats. The problem is swapping the covers on the civic seats. The drivers side was beat and needs some TLC, so I was trying to swap the material from passenger to drivers seat and cannot figure out how to remove the headrest guide (where the headrest slides into the seat).

I know the push tab is held in by 2 springs and has a screw directly underneath, how to do I safely remove this piece to take the cloth off of the seat??

Any help is greatly apperciated!!

    I need help with this problem too. I just got my wagon last tuseday.

    It took me a good nights sleep but figured it out. The tab can be pressed in and pried upwards and pulled out, only being stopped by a raised piece of plastic. Get as tiny flathead and press the springs away from the tab.
