New member with some serious(oil leak)issues

Yesterday I changed my oil, oil filter, and all of the valve cover seals. Last night after driving about 100 miles my oil light came on, so I stopped by a friends house who has some experience with these cars and checked the oil which was bone dry. :x Also I noticed that oil presence is heavy on intake 1 manifold and almost nonexistent on number 4. If you have ever heard of anything please let me know of probable causes because I am clueless.

Heavy as in a possible leak from the #1 port on the intake mani? That has to be a -serious- leak to lose 1 qt in 100 miles. Did you have any oil in the spark plug chambers? If you didnt seat the seals right they could have leaked.

    It's NOT 1 qt. low...It's bone dry.

If everything was OK b4,then it's something you did.
1)Check for leak around oil filter.Bad install?(e.g.old filter gasket stuck to engine, new filter not tight)
2)valve cvr gasket leak by #1?

this may seem dumb, but did you tighten the oil drain plug correctly? and replace the washer? i didnt once about 5 years ago and i leaked out all my oil in just a couple hours.
