Very nice, please do not search for it yet. I will try to check if there are any other leakages in other hoses just in case I need anything else.
I still have not had time to check the lines for any additional leaks. I also tried to order a new condenser but the auction ended before I could purchase it. I also need to get the flush for the AC lines.
I need the correct specification for the amount of PAG oil to ad to the system. Also, I need to know how to flush the AC condenser and AC line correctly (Also what to use which is effective).
I put in 7.5 oz of oil
to flush get the cleaner from the parts store put it in the line then use a compressor with air gun and blow the crap out for a bit. do it twice if needed.
I looked over the post with slim fans- he got me witht he Tbar it looked original. then the bolts that hold the condenser in are gone so I guessed it was not there. that is a good idea! but it works both ways. push or pull the air through-

7.5oz? Great! I put 8oz the first time and I thought it was too much. I do not know from where I still get in my mind that the system uses 3oz of oil... When you say buy a cleaner from the store, do you mean any cleaner?
Yes, the slim fans sound like a great idea to me too. I am only thinking about the size of the slim fans. I do not re4ally know what size to use. I am guessing that if I get smaller ones, they could probably fir better. I do not know about the smaller slim fans efficiency though ... I was thinking 10" slim fans...
I used it on my wagon ac that I got from the yard- it worked great and took out some nasty stuff in the condenser- I used every old part minus the compressor "reman" My ac blows cold for being R134a
The oil in your system should be split up in sections like 1/3 in the compressor, 1/3 in the evap, and 1/3 in the condenser-
3oz is if you just change the compressor. But even then you are supposed to pump out the old oil measure it and then put the same amount of new oil back in.
As for fans you should not need a new one, thats if the old one is working- once the system has been cleaned it should work well stock. but if you do get slim fans the 10" is what i have read about, if you can get the larger one to fit then even better- the more surface area covered the better IMO.
Would i spend the money to put is the slim fan? no- reason The AC will work fine with a stock setup then i am happy.

Sorry its all links I dont feel like uploading the pictures.
Very nice, thank you for all the links. I tried inputing my zip code and there is not any Oreilly Auto Repair near me I found a CarQuest Autro art store near me though
I also do not have access to an air compressor I would have to use the spray AC flush can.

Yes, I understand. I also thing that the nearest to stock OEM, the better. However, my concern is my Wagon overheating when the AC is on... The only thing that I have done to both stock fan is that I changed the relays. The stock relays were RC-2201 and I replaced them with RC-2203. I do not if that would have made a differnce on their performance
I dont know about the relay causing a problem as long as the fan goes on when you turn the ac on. as for auto parts stores any will have the ac flush that was just an idea of the chemicals. also you will need the compressor for the spray can one. check any auto parts stores to see if they have rent a tool they might have one to rent. shit buy a cheap compressor from hone depot or lowes use it then return it "its messed up to do but hey it gets the job done"
when the condenser becomes to hot it radiates heat to the radiator increasing the temp on the car- the increasing temp on the condenser is lack of flow w/in the condenser or one that has all the fins bent so air can not flow through it or a block in the system.
the evap freezing over could do it to.

The relays RC-2201 and RC-2203 are identically the same in the outside including the diagram. But, I do not know about amperage....
It is crazy but I went today to my local AutoZone store and asked for an A/C Clean and Flush but the guy did not even know what I was talking about.... It did not surprise me though.... I will have to buy an air compressor from Home Depot or Lowes and then....
I asked you about the thermostat.... Could this be that since the thermostat at the evaporator is bad so that when the AC is turned on and ran for a while the evaporator freezes up decreasing the AC performance and making the AC condenser to clog like you already mentioned??
Oh man, I went back to the especialist today. I showed him that since he cut the AC line to repair it, that made the AC line shorter making the AC touch the exhaust manifold causing a hole on it. He repaired the AC line for me for free . He also recharged the AC system. I asked him not to but he also said that was free as well.
Nah, it is the same thing. The AC blew super cold when at the shop. I drove for around 10 minutes. I shut the car off and let it sit for like two hours under the sun. Then I started driving with the AC on but its performance was very poor.... This is really crazy!!
what do you mean zero? does it blow cold? my ac takes a short time to cool the car down after sitting for a hour or 2 also, I put it on recirculate and a short while later its cool.

Nice, I was just saying because I have seen it so many time and I never pay any mind to it... Just playing safe
Any progress on the ac?
Wow, it seems to me like the condenser is still there. Please check the whole thread: http://www.autoacforum.com/messageview.cfm?catid=2.&threadid=23479&STARTPAGE=1&FTVAR_MSGDBTABLE=
Okay, my AC. Based on your suggestions, I already ordered: BRAND NEW AUTOMOTIVE A/C EXPANSION VALVE 10013, One 8oz PAG 150 Bottle Refrigerant Oil FJC R134a Oil , GLOBAL PARTS 1411388 A/C Receiver Drier/Accumulator, 1967 - 1973 Mercury Cougar / Ford Mustang Insulation Tape...,Santech Industries MT2560 Air Conditioning Seal Repair Kit .

I used the one in a can for a AC job on a CRV. I had to completly ovehaul the system it works good but the best one i have used was this

It is crazy man, for real. I have spent more money on this AC than in the Wagon itself when I bought it
