My AUTO RT4WD tranny grinds in reverse. What do i need to do to fix it?

I have oil in my first 2 spark wholes starting from the left. Are my valve cover gasket where the spark wholes are broke or bad?

my car overheats bad. How do i find out whats wrong?

im working on my car now so if you know the answers for sure. lmk asap 17275511898 text would ne great thanks

    -Gearbox, cant say sorry

    -Oil in spark plug holes, yes the gaskets in the rocker cover are perished, order some new ones

    -Overheating, replace thermostat, flush out radiator, make sure fan is working

    tranny still griend after puttin more tranny fulid in it. it will also slip out of gear when making a right turn. anything out << thant one?

    - will got new valve cover gasket tomorrow and replace sparks and plugs

    - brand new radiator with only 50/50 cooolant from advanced auto. fans do work and i have a thermostate whice i will replace tomorrow also.

    keeep everyone updated with it.

    There are separate spark plug gaskets, its not just the valve cover gasket you need

    a kit with the valve cover gasket and the spark plug gaskets are usually only a few bucks more then just the valve cover gasket by itself ....

    thankis there 33 buck for the whoole thing includiong garment and spark plug tube gasket
