B18 Swap Into Wagon?

Hey guys,
I was browsing Ebay and found a B18 from a Integra, for $10 bucks, and it's not too far from me.. (5 hours)

Anyways, says he thinks it has 165k on it, and it ran great.

So I was wondering what all it would take to get a B18 into the Wagon, and what kind of power would I be looking at? What kinda gas milage do they get?

Heck, if the motor is trash I could get more than $10 out of it from a junkyard.

  • it's on Ebay for $10?
nobody sells anything for $10 on Ebay..the listing fee alone is like $17 dollars and the % fee Ebay gets is like 7%.

Yep, I know all this. But the thing is, it is a pickup only, and most pickup only stuff will not sell on Ebay.

He has sold alot of motors and trannys for super cheap. (read feedback)
  • Just did this swap into my buddies wagon. You will need:

EF b-series mounts (Hasport, HCP, etc)
EF b-series shift linkage (Hasport, HCP,etc)
90-93 Integra intermediate shaft and axles
    90-93 Integra throttle cable
    90-93 Integra radiator hoses
    B-series cable transmission
    PR4 LS ecu

If your wagon is DPFI, you will also have to do a DPFI to MPFI conversion.

I was wondering if anyone has any "real world" experience with this swap in a wagon...I was leaning towards this set-up in my new wagon...(when I find one)...I like the torque that the b18 provides without having to rev to 7500 rpm...It also has tons of parts available and is relatively cheap...
Would like to hear from someone who has this swap in their wagon about what they like & dislike...I don't want to start a debate about which engine is best suited for the wagovan...Thanks....KING C
