4WD CIVIC WAGON S4 Flashing light wont come off help!

so i finished going from a 4wd auto 89 civic wagon converted to a 2wd cuz its hard finding the awd tranny in my area but i have an issue the S4 in the dash keeps flashing green?? my question is is it the ECU that thinks its still a AWD wagon or is it a censor or what because the wagon runs but it runs in a high rmp mode like it stuck on the S4 opion. When i go 65mph the wagon is reving really high..any help??? can it be the ecu???

    i would say yes b/c ur set up 5spd and ur ecu is automatic... it well work the i thinks it's still auto and 4wd..

    hey thanks sorry fogot yo say i converted it to an auto 2wd but does the same rules apply when changing the ecu??
