Rear right wheel shaking @ 30mph+?

Car is a 91' RT4WD.
It didn't use to shake before, but when I took off the whole (rear diff & axles) and switched it to 2wd mode to work on it and drive on it for a few days. It began to shake @ 30+ mphs now..
And then I switched both rear wheels with each other just incase it was a "balancing" problem with one of them, tested it out on the road and still the same 30mph+ shake. Anybody know? Possibly alignment off of some sort due to the driving on 2wd mode (w/out the axles supporting the rear suspension) for a few days or so? That's where I'm leaning towards to.. any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
