Differences between Automatic and Manual rt4wd trannies?

Came across a rt4wd at the junkyard (pretty beat up). It is an automatic.

I wanted to grab some spare parts for my car. Are there any major differences?

I have a spare rt4wd manual transmission and so I could possibly have a complete drivetrain swap.

Are the following parts interchangeable or model specific:

1. Passenger side tranny mount
2. Rear tranny bracket or same as another EF?
3. Intermediate shaft

I've already grabbed the rear trailing arms and I am planning to make up a rear disc conversion set, but I was just curious about those parts since I have no use for the Auto transmission.

I'm not 100% I'll even grab parts from this wagon because it is pretty bad.

    Good questions I don't think have been covered. Pretty sure bam's new RT is auto. Hopefully he can chime in, as I'm sure he's gotten into her already...

    I don't know the anwers to those questions...yet. I think that the tranny mount is different.
    I'm not sure I'm going to molest little red- she runs perfectly as is (automatic).

    today i was told that the trnsmition mount for the 4wd does not line up the same as in a 2wd.
