Rtawd handle 350hp?

So i spent the last 2 hours trying to find info on how well the rtawd system would handle 350hp and all i could really find is that the bevel gears seem to be the weakest link. Is there anything I should do to the drive train to help it handle 350hp outside of the proper clutch and possibly rebuilding the transfer case?

Thats the best topic I know about on the forum to answer your question. If you've searched for 2 hours then you've probably found all the answers this board has. Also, you didn't need to start another thread to ask the same question you did 2 hours ago. There aren't a lot of high power RT4WD drive trains out there. The only one I know of is the EPIC EF hatch which seems to handle it just fine.

Your thread was locked because this is one of those topics that has been discussed on numerous occasions but with no definitive answers. Like superhatch said, there aren't a whole lot of us RT guys pushing the system to its limits. A lot of us bought the car for more practical reasons and only wanted a bit more power. There are guys like "red civic standard" who probably have pushed the system more than most. Jaker is another member who is utilizing the 4wd system but has converted it to RWD. His information might be as close as you are going to get to anything concrete, but I believe he even has some concerns.

I see it is time for a lock.

When you get to 350hp start a new thread and let us know how it goes.
