How big are your intercoolers? and psi?

Im in the middle of looking for a kit and im prolly going with the vecco kit because they will cut me a deal since i dont need half the stuff. my question is how big are your guys' intercoolers? im looking at the 6x28x3.5 but 3.5 seems way to deep. looks like i'll have to cut half of my bumper up to make it fit. then the ic will be sticking out pretty far. im looking for some pics that show me ur ic, up close front pics, behind like from the engine bay looking forward and under if you can(yeah i want to see up her skirt) and even some ic piping routing pics.

Im also looking for how much psi u guys r running. Im looking for 350hp. Engine is a d16z6(save the SOHC), eagle rods, 8.5:1 cp pistons, golden eagle block guard, acl race bearings, arp studs, ferra valves, crower stage 2 turbo cam, springs, and retainers and im using a drag turbo mani(casue i dont want it to crack), turbo will be a turbonetics super 60 .48 trim(one with kit). im thinking i'll need like 20 psi to get those numbers. am i far off or should 20 do it? whatever psi ur running let me know your hp.

i'll put a build thread up when im nearing completion.

I don't have a turbo............ but as far as intercoolers go, just get whatever size you can safely and easily fit in the front of your car, it doesn't need to be huge. When most people think of intercoolers they think of huge front mounts on supras and stuff like that..... but in reality on a civic unless you have some insane drag car or rally car temperatures under the hood, something relatively small like a stock mitsubishi starion FMIC, or a stock rx7 top mount IC will get the job done just fine. But if you've got deep pockets take it to a performance shop with a good rep and get them to make the decisions for you!

psi numbers are all just relative to what kind of turbo you're using, but from what I've seen most people tend to use stock sized turbos off of older OEM turbocharged cars, and run them at or a little above the stock boost pressure that it was run at OEM. But again if you have deep pockets.....

Im not looking to run the biggest intercooler i just dont want to cut my bumper all up. I would like to leave it as normal as possible. I ordered a 28 x 8 x 2.5.

i realize i should have also asked what turbo and psi your running. i ordered a go-autoworks Spec turbo .55 a/r. I had my buddy do the calculating and reading of the maps to let me know what turbo would work best. im looking to run about 15-20 psi and hoping for 325hp.
