i grabbed 4 of these from my wrecking yard and have no idea what they are off of, they were on a 90 civic HB but i know they aren't standard equipment for that car.
i am refinishing them, polishing up the lips to mirror shine and repainting the centers gloss black (maybe flat black, not sure)

must be 88-89 option, i've never seen them before. the back has '84/09 Enkie' stamped on the back, i thought they were from an 84' model year.
they are off an OG accord.
possibly an early to late 80's.
