What to do to make your Muffler(back box) last forever:
On the flat side of the muffler look for the lowest point (usually below the outlet pipe)just above the lip. Drill a hole 3/16"-1/4" (4-6mm) a few inches deep. You may see a lot of water drain out.Drill another 1 on the other side.
BELOW:You can see the wet spot around the hole I drilled.
BELOW:Right side muffler. The wet spot around the hole & upper left of the hole(splashed off the drill bit) are WATER spots.
Why?Water collects in the backbox and rusts ut the muffler. Later Honda's solved this prob & comes w/a lifetime warranty.
This mod won't be LOUDER or cause loss in performance.

So does this mean I have warranty on my seatbelts? My fronts won't recoil hardly at all. I wonder if the dealer would change it for free... Hmmm..
As far as mufflers go, I'm pretty sure that if you purchase a genuine Honda brand OEM muffler through the dealership ($$$$$!!), it comes with a lifetime warranty.
Seatbelts have a lifetime warranty EXCEPT power opperated ones like in the 90-93 bodystyle accords, 90-91 civics etc, if a manual belt does not retract Honda will replace it, if its slow to retract we will initially try and clean where the belt rubs on the roller before heading down the b-piller, if that doesnt work then replacement is usually next. If the belt buckle won't latch thats under warranty too. Anything electrical they wont warranty unless the cars under 3 years old or 36,000 miles. Customers flip with SRS lights that are out of warranty  Hmm hope this helped...
