Yeah i ganked those seats outta PnP in LR, got realllll lucky to find them in blue and that condition esp. If the wagon is still here next week i'll run it up to WM if your gonna be out there.
That's a beautiful place. You should join us next time we come to Arkansas.
I was really wanting to this time, just didn't have any breaks from school in that time frame. Looks like you guys had a heck of a time. I could show you guys some pretty awesome places around these parts
My ole lady and I decided to do some "hard camping" in her parents driveway last weekend. Just to see how the E sleeps and get a feel for it. Measured the space to fit a queen sized blow up mattress in with all the seats down.
Slept pretty well, a tad cold but nothing 3 blankets can't fix. Here's a few pics.
Thanks bro, the queen sized fit well, a bit taco'd but it was all good. That privacy curtain is choice though, kept the temp up a little bit and blocked out the sun in the morning.

I didn't realize Elements were that sick! Looks like you can fit a few dirtbikes in there with all the seats folded up! Very cool
Yeah it is by far the best car I've ever owned. I find that thing has more things that are tailored to my lifestyle than anything else. It is an incredible vehicle, absolutely love it.
This is probably a dumb question but I saw the picture of what looks like a crx sway bar and was wondering if I HAVE to get DA LCA's to mount the sway bar?

It's the DA sway bar, and yes you have to get a DA LCA or an LCA that will have a pilot hole for the bolt to bolt on your Sway bar. The stock wagon LCA doesn't have a hole to mount the sway bar bracket to. But most aftermarket LCAs have a sway bar mount already on them, like the BLOX ones that came on my RT.
Thanks bro! Actually I went yard hopping today and picked up a 14/15's Master brake cylinder from an 89 Accord LXi. Also grabbed a set of rear mud flaps for her too. Came out pretty empty handed for my usual junk yard runs, but I did get a rare piece with the MC. I'll have some install pics coming soon, wagon tear down begins this weekend Stay tuned!
Yeah it's AR, that's how it is everywhere here. Fun stuff indeed, I figure TN is a lot like it huh? lol
yah, whatever that trail is, it looks a whole lot look a like haw ridge in TN. its my local bike trail. im a regular. i realy need a bike rack to get goin again. so far, i have mud everywhere inside my wagon. cuz its been snowing and raining like crazy. lol.
Lets see some pics of the AWD beasts playing in the snow lol
Which one
We had some snow last week and I got a little play time in the E..but we only got about 3" where I live. The wagon got some play time as well, hit it like a charm! I'll get some videos next snow, 70% chance for Thursday!
nice element... thats what i was planning on getting if i sell my wagon... but i probably throw on some 20's hahaha..
Eek Element no likey. I'm really timid to put after market rims on her..but if I were going to put anything on it would be 16" Black Cragars with All Terrains. But the offset on those are terrible on your wheel bearings, but they look sooo sexy!
... Oh hey! I haven't updated this in 4 years or so. Kinda got out of the wagon game for a bit, but much like everyone else I came back! I'll get you guys caught up right quick.
Still have my Element
I picked up an 08 S2K about 2 years ago
And I got a couple of wagon's now, for good measure! Both 91's, my driving wagon is a manual and the parts wagon is an auto with 111k miles on it. Not sure what to do with it just yet. Saved it from a junkyard a few weeks ago.
She's rake'd pretty good right now, but I've got some tweaks to do. Going to flip the rear LCAs and get a few more inches here and there. Went with a junkyard lift, 93 Accord fronts and 95 Integra rears. I couldn't for the lift of me find a DA around so I went with the later model Integra rears. I have the rear adjustable upper control arms, after getting it all together I am going to go ahead and get the Skunk2 front upper control arms to get the camber all lined out. I've got some new wheels and tires coming very soon, well they're here but I have to get them mounted and balanced still
That's about it for now! I'll try to keep this thing updated, I've got plenty more pics of the lift I'll put up soon. If you have any questions let me know! Glad to be back with my wagons.
Big ole' update time. So the direction I wanted to go with my wagon was something that was different to most others in the wagon business. Not saying mine is 100% a one-off creation, but I didn't want to loose the beautiful functionality of the RT Wagon.
What I want out of this wagon is something I can still drive a few hundred miles comfortably, go down a few mile dirt road/trail and go camping all weekend. I love getting out and exploring the back roads and I want something that would be up for that. Granted, I could easily do that in my Element but I really wanted to use a wagon for this. I've always had a soft spot in my heart for wagons, so that's one main reason I came back to the wagon game.
Lifted the wagon first with 93 Accord front struts/97 Integra rear struts and LCA. So far I've only got rear upper camber adjusters on, but I'm planning on getting the front adjustable UCAs. It's pretty close without them, but I'd be happier to get all straightened up the best it can be.
Anyway enough jibber-jabber, here's some pictures. Sorry for the shitty quality, my cell phone camera's been through a lot
Here's the pile of parts I sourced from the junkyard runs I did.
Here's how she sat the morning before I started the lift.
Here's some pics of the struts I was on and the ones I used for the lift(Front 93 Accord 4 Door)
Rear (97 Integra 4 door)
Had some pretty good rake after I installed everything, forgot to flip the rear LCAs. So they were turned over, also from the same 97' Integra.
A few pics of the new wheels and tires on after the lift. 15x7 Kosei k1's with 195/60/15 Winterforce.
Little dirt roading after the lift, she got dirty!
Still have to get it aligned, waiting until I get the front UCAs.
Here's a little bit on my camping set up 1.0
That's about all the updates from the past few weeks. Camping in it last weekend was a blast, it was my second camping trip in the Wagon. Rides great, camps great. So far it's been a smashing success. But as any other project goes I've got many, many more plans for it!
