Does anyone have a Solid Driveshaft?

Thinking about having a custom made drive shaft put in, making it full time 4wd. Has anyone done this? if so how much did you pay? what type of driveshaft did you have made(material)? how is the rear diff holding up to being in use all the time. Thank you for your responce

There was one member who has done this but i'm unsure how much it cost. They were quite adament that the rear diff held up fine... wish i could be of more help, sorry.

That is actually a ton of help, and covers my main question anyways i suppose. I wounder how much less efficient the car is with full time 4wd

Worse fuel economy and more tyre wear, maybe..
