Ideas for roof rack on my wagon

Wondering how or where i can rig up something for an effective roof rack on my wagon. I already have a Thule base system, but it pushes back my door seals and can mess that up if i leave the mounts on the car. If anyone knows of something else sold or can be done to put directly on my roof, it'd be nice to find out. I kayak and mountain bike, so i do need a roof rack. Hopefully i can still use the crossbars i already have and just get new mounts for the roof.
If anyone has success with this stuff and can share, please let me know. Greatly appreciated.
