you ever figure out a way to get the corner lens back together? i was thinking maybe some clear caulking
no sir I've not even had time to bake open the other side ... i would like to have them back together and installed with soft yellow leds for the wagon meet next weekend.. im thinking a clear silicone of some sort ....
not sure what to do with the jdm chrome rear section and the usdm fronts.. U know i dont like AMBER lens
oh yes sir I do .. but i wanted drilled slotted rotors ....
the brackets are for Hoodbriges project and im giving him the rotors i have on Scrappy currently ..
Man you might as well and go and turn your wagon into one of those Harlequin MCdonald VWs. A couple of more repair panels and you will be finished.
oh just wait til Monday my post of pix will have a few newly swapped panels .....
I think the changes might just add a bit of that multi-color your interested in seeing ..

Thanx Seth...
got them from a coworker.... he purchased a bike with them all over it and they kept snagging on his clothes...
i thought perfect  go well with the spike collar of Scrappy Doo / Mystery Machine thing i have in mind..
Looks like that roof rack is going to need a little cutting and re-welding...should be sweet once it's on there though. I opted not to do the lift on mine at the moment but all you guys that are getting it done are making me seriously rethink... I have a lot of miles to drive every day though and with fuel going up and up I'm worried lifting and putting big tires on is gonna kill the fuel mileage too much.

Welll damn...you got me way beat...I'm only around 40 miles round trip to and from work not city driving but not highway either. Country driving with tons of stop signs so I'm always speeding up to 65 then slowing down never just cruising...terrible for mileage...weekends tend to average around 300 miles so not high mileage but enough to make me want to think a bit about mileage. I'm interested to see some MPG reports from some of you guys that end up running big tires and lifts with the RT4WD. The part of me that wants to do the lift is hoping the bigger diameter of the off road tires will actually let the car run a bit lower RPM's while cruising and actually help (or atleast not hurt mileage)....
did you figure out how to get those springs in there with out tearing the car apart, lol
that racks gonna be bad ass man cant wait to see that finished
does it ride good
HoodBridge & i didnt take it all apart ... ( used a jack & prybar to reinstall..)
as for the rear i never seperated the LCA from the strut or anything else for that matter ( i started the top hat nuts, then jacked the inner section of the lca into place, put in the bolt, then jacked the outer into place and installed that bolt )
then i removed my rear tie downs and installed the sway bar ....
it rides great to me ... has a high but stiffer ride and im still able to take the off/on ramps with speed ( and it doesnt lean as much .. as stock setup did.)
I do need to remove some tool boxes and parts i picked up from the last junk yard trip and that will allow the rear to come back up ..
