What is you ground clearance now?
I love this stinking wagon. Some days I look and look for another vehicle to trade my wagon for just because I get bored sometimes. I always wind up saying there is nothing better than what I have. I just rebuilt the engine tranny shifts great, never overheats. Little things sometimes make me want to get rid of it. not much power my vc is crapping out on me I think, power steering is broken at the moment its only getting 19 mpg. All in all though it would take a heck of a lop sided trade for me to get rid of it. I'm 31 and I haven't found a car that I like as much as this one. Close second is my old crx that I had during college. This is my daily driver car though so it gets tiring sometimes.
the guys @ the Honda Farm will chime in with the ground clearance im sure ....
but i dont think i will have to worry of bottoming out on any speed bumps or curbs for that matter ...
Josh and I have been busy at work and pullin' some late nights..
We added another 1/8" of lift up front with some new shocks that had a slightly different orientation for the spring perches.
I tubbed-out the fender wells a bit, (very similar to Bam's wagon.)
Trimmed everywhere I see fit
He put the interior all back in
we added some 1/8" spacers to the location where the A-arm mounts (in an attempt to keep the ball joints from binding.)
It snowed here last night... I guess you could say that fact kind of put some pep in our step and we scrambled to get the car put back together in order to get a chance to test the new clearances, overall feel of the project at this point, and just to get it rollin' on this setup for its first time. I guess it also resulted in it's first photo shoot... Long story short, (I know Bam can relate to this) although we were very surprised by it's overall drive-ability. I learned I still have a lot more work to make this particular parts combination "happy". lol stay tuned!
