Hey I specialize in Turbo fabrication and If you need parts I get dealer prices on quite bit of stuff. Got some used stuff laying around too. Pm me

its what some of us do, thankfully, you're one of us!

I try, haha. The wagon is the closest thing to a truck Ive had in years. I used to have a slammed 64 split window vw bus that I would load to the moon. Functional doesn't mean you have to give up looking good 8)

    3rd4ce, pm'd you back

I have a used PWR street intercooler, small but efficient for 3-400whp. Aluminum piping with heavy duty 4 ply couplers and t bolt clamps in stock. Barely used 40mm TurboSmart wastegate and a brand spanking new Hondata D series intake manifold thermal gasket.

I did notice your turbo is a five bolt outlet so you have some choices for boost control. If you don't already have a downpipe made this little bolt on internal gate would be the best option if you can fit it IMO. Since exhaust is bled off from the turbine housing instead of manifold these usually control boost a bit more effectively than an external gate unless you are going for max power. Also you would not have to worry about making a dumptube and worrying about it breaking down the road (they ALWAYS break). This doohicky recircs the dump flow back into the main turbine exhaust so noise would also be very minimal.

What manifold setup are you running? I looked but I might have missed it

When I'm ready to boost I will be running a Suby STI topmount intercooler core with custom endtanks. Less piping and less cutting to fit....well except for the large hole in the hood with a Suby scoop. Have you thought about this configuration? Seems like it would be the perfect off road setup. Core should be good for about 300whp and they can be had pretty cheap.

gotta order the actuator to make the light bar raise and lower ....
make up the mount for the 5 additional HIDs on the roof ...

then get it all sand blasted i think and maybe bed liner it like the roof tubes or just let them powder coat it ...

i like me some powder coating..

I'm with you on the powder coating!
