Do you think doing this was a bad idea?

i went to pick up a 91 awd wagon today.. Came from a few hours away with a flat bed and no tools.. The car was about 100 feet or so into the parking garage, and we couldn't get the the flat bed into the garage, the wheel on the right side, rear was locked up.. Either due to a brake issue or a frozen wheel bearing. Haven t tore into it yet as i just got back from the trip. But anyways.. We had to drive the car the 100 feet with the right rear wheel locked up, all 3 of the other wheels were spinning.. Could this have done any damage to the AWD? Also another quick question.. There is two different brand tires on the car.. Im not sure yet how much difference if any in tread depth.. But are AWDs as bad as they make it sound when it comes to tread depth and transfer cases? Thanks for any info.

I would make sure the larger diameter tires were on the front, that way the viscous coupler would take a moment longer than usual to engage the back wheels. The system is designed to not send any power to the back wheels until the front are spinning faster than the rears (front slip detected by the viscous coupler), so with larger diameter in the front that would be the ideal way to set it up.
NO you cant not in the 88-up models
Yes u can.The lever is under the hood next to the speedo cable.
